sound familiar?Richard, a local retailer, wanted increase his loyal customer base, but was unsure how to proceed. He called Creative-Ops for assistance. We supplemented the company’s local print advertising and in-store displays with online advertising and search engine marketing to attract customers to a micro-site where they could register to become a “Preferred Customer,” and download a bar-coded discount coupon. To help grow the database, an integrated “Forward to a Friend” link allowed customers to alert friends and family members to the Preferred Customer program. |

MethodologyAt Creative-Ops, we believe that high rankings can be obtained by catering to all the search engines. Since each search engine has its own way of indexing a website, Creative-Ops uses the following tools for optimizing your site for the search engines. Optimization of all pages: An analysis is performed on the website and suggestions are made to overcome any obstacles in the way of the search engines indexing the site properly; no doorway pages or cloaking involved. This includes general site suggestions (how a search engine navigates through your site etc.) as well as specific text changes for the main pages on the site, which also need to be optimized for the search engines to achieve high rankings. Development of meta tags: Metas are created through research and analysis including keyword popularity, keyword marketing relevance and the competition for your websites specific keywords, titles and descriptions. We'll create specialized, uniquely designed meta tags for your site that use the highest, most relative keywords associated with your business. This is done through online research, rather than through a template. Link popularity: We will submit your site to relevant and industry specific links, including submissions to databases and websites that correlate to your specific industry. These links are important, as some search engines (like Google), will look at your site as more relevant in your specific industry, because of the related links. Manual submissions: All submissions are done manually. Includes submission and monitoring of the website in major search engines. Most search engines still accept free submissions. No submission are made to any pay for programs, search engines or websites that charge. Although ‘Pay For’ search engines require a fee, they use other sources to find sites to index. By submitting to these sources, your site will also be included in ‘Pay For’ search engines without paying a fee, such as Looksmart, Dogpile, Teoma, Mama, Ask Jeeves, etc. Reports: A comprehensive report is provided at the end of the submissions, listing the search engines submitted to, websites submitted to with url’s and with notes if applicable, information submitted-contact info, description, titles, keywords, user names and passwords used.
